The determination of the content and plan for the daily maintenance of the vessel should be based on the CWBT ideology and principles, and should draw on and reference the four categories and eight levels of maintenance in CWBT management technology, as well as the corresponding concepts of maintenance cycles. Daily maintenance and monthly maintenance follow the table management format of A, B, and C-level maintenance in CWBT management technology. For scheduled overhauls, maintenance plans are developed based on the technical condition of the vessel, primarily focusing on D, E, and F-level maintenance requirements.
Daily maintenance is conducted every day; monthly maintenance is performed once a month, lasting one day each time. Semi-annual overhauls are carried out every 500-600 hours of main engine operation or every six months, lasting 3-5 days each time. Annual overhauls are conducted every 1000-1500 hours of main engine operation or once a year, lasting 3-7 days each time.
