Daily maintenance and monthly maintenance adhere to the table management format of A, B, and C-level maintenance in CWBT management technology. For scheduled overhauls, maintenance plans are developed based on the technical condition of the ship, primarily focusing on D, E, and F-level maintenance requirements.
Daily maintenance is conducted every day; monthly maintenance is performed once a month, lasting one day each time. Semi-annual overhauls are carried out every 500-600 hours of main engine operation or every six months, lasting 3-5 days each time. Annual overhauls are conducted every 1000-1500 hours of main engine operation or once a year, lasting 3-7 days each time.
